We best describe ourselves as a primary service provider specialising in project management, maintenance and repairing of equipment in the utilities sector. We focus on the following core services: project management, designs and installation and repairs of industrial equipment and all related systems. The entity was established in 2003, although our members have been in the mechanics industry for over 15 years. Our company supports and complies with both Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment and Gender Empowerment principles.

Morongwe Malebye is a Consultant in Mining with Parsons Brinckerhoff Africa. Ms. Malebye served as Managing Director of Babcock Ntuthuko (Pty) Limited from 2005 to 2007. Ms. Malebye held senior positions at Armaments Corporation of SA, Spoornet, Sasol Chemical Industries and Sasol Technology. She has been Independent Non-Executive Director of African Oxygen Limited (Afrox) since December 20, 2007.
Ms. Malebye has been Independent Non-executive Director of Howden Africa Holdings Ltd. since November 7, 2007. She is involved in mentorship programmes at Allan Gray Foundation, Women of Tomorrow and Student Sponsorship Programme. She is a qualified engineer. Ms. Malebye holds a MSc in industrial engineering and an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BSc in mechanical engineering from the University of Cape Town.
